NXdot provides web hosting services for static websites, accessible via API. We host HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and static assets on behalf of users.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Distribute malware or phishing content
• Engage in spam or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to NXdot. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, serve, and cache your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Free tier usage does not require payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

NXdot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
